These policies have been put into place to ensure our participants receive the highest quality instruction. Since class size is limited, all cancellation/rescheduling deadlines and fees will be strictly adhered to.

A participant may cancel a class without penalty by giving InfoGrow Corporation notice in writing at least five business days prior to the starting date of the class. If a participant cancels a course without at least five business days but more than two business days notice prior to the starting date, the participant will be assessed a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the class fee. If a participant cancels a specific class without at least two business days notice prior to the starting date of the class, the participant will be assessed a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the class fee.

A participant may reschedule a class without penalty by giving InfoGrow Corporation notice in writing at least five business days prior to the scheduled starting date of the class. If a participant reschedules a class without at least five business days notice prior to the starting date of the class, the class will become a non-cancelable class and the participant will be assessed a $100 rescheduling fee.

If a participant does not attend a class and has not given notice in writing, the participant will be assessed a "no-show" fee equal to the class fee.

InfoGrow Corporation reserves the right to cancel a class at any time. If that happens, we will refund the course fee(s) in full. InfoGrow Corporation's liability is limited to course fees only. InfoGrow Corporation cannot be held liable for airfare, lodging, or other related expenses, including, but not limited to, any airline penalties incurred.

InfoGrow Corporation is located at 2140 Front Street, Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio in the Riverfront Centre Mall area. Entrance to the building can be from Front Street or Old Town Court, west of Front Street between the building and Second Street. Free Parking is available in the deck on at the corner of Second and Old Town. The parking entrance is on Old Town between Broad and Portage Streets. A map will be provided with your registration confirmation.

Morning and daylong classes begin promptly at 8:30am with check in being at 8:15am. Morning classes run from 8:30am until 12:30. Daylong classes will run until 4:30. Afternoon classes begin promptly at 1:00pm and run until 5:00. At the instructor’s discretion, late arrivals may not be permitted to attend. A box lunch is included in the daylong classes and morning and/or afternoon refreshments are provided for all classes.
